"We do not typically use milk or isinglass as a filtration method, our most common method is racking and additional Diatomaceous earth filtration, however we do not have a policy in the cellar that bans the use of isinglass to filter a particular lot of wine, so I cannot guarantee these methods will not be used in processing."
