I didn’t know much about this topic until I just spoke to our wine maker. We do use a few different animal based products in our wines. They are all different but the majority of our whites have had gelatine used in the process but after the white wine filtration process there is no residual traces.
There is egg white used is some of the production techniques as well. Sorry to disappoint, apparently this is the standard in wine production. I know there are many organic wines coming up into the market that may suit your needs.
