"Shotgun Betty is vegan-friendly, and so is Belle Starr (our limited holiday seasonal). Unfortunately our other beers are clarified with gelatin. All processing equipment that is shared amongst our beer styles undergoe intensive chemical cleaning regiments between each style, so we can guarantee that no gelatin or beer made with gelatin is present in Shotgun Betty or Belle Starr.
We are making a large effort to eliminate gelatin from our filtration process as we move into a new facility in the next year. "
