"Our bottled beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised, un-fined, bottle conditioned, containing live yeast, and as such are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, although we don’t market them with any such claim.

Our cask beers are fined with isinglass to aid clarity in the on-trade, as publicans won’t wait for them to clear on their own.

None of our beers use eggs, milk, honey.

No one else makes our beer."
