"Currently, we only use water, malt, hops, and yeast in all of our beers with the exception of our Honey Weizen which uses pure local honey. Also, we do not use fining agents (i.e. isinglass). Some specific styles, such as our Kölsch, our summer seasonal, is filtered using diatomaceous earth (DE), which does not contain animal products. "
