"Our beers are made from malted barley, hops, water, yeast and some of the beers have spices in them. We are unfiltered and use no additives for clarification. So if you don't mind drinking a few million living organisms- the yeast- you can have a clear conscience about enjoying our products."

"My girlfriend and I went to River Horse brewery the other day (which was super small/cute http://hellopa.wordpress.com/2010/11/01/photos-from-the-weekend-40/ ) and all their beer is unfiltered, but they started making some seasonal beers and their Oatmeal Milk Stout does contain lactose powder."
