"All of of our ales are 100% natural. Currently, only Chesebro IPA uses a fining agent derived from fish gill to let it clear naturally in the serving tank. Our filtered beers, however uses diatomaceous earth, so if you are concerned with the technicalities of fossils in contact with your beverages, it may be difficult for you to enjoy any beers from any brewery, and that would be a sad thing for sure."
