"Non of our packaged products contain animal products. Part of our business model is to release a new beer at our location every month, these beers are constantly changing and can use a wide variety of ingredients. Currently we have one that uses Lactose (milk sugar). For filtration we use Perlite instead of Diatomaceous Earth and for fining we use Silicic Acid instead of isinglass. Currently our facility in Denton is the only location producing our brand." [ed: I love when they make us guess which one has lactose...]
