"Hi, Altstadt beers do not contain any animal products, such as honey or milk. Nor do we use any filtration aids such as isinglass finings (made from fish swim bladders) or diatomaceous earth. We only use ingredients per the German Purity Law- Reinheitsgebot. Those ingredients are malted barley or malted wheat, yeast, hops and water. The beer can be considered vegan but not organic.
