Company email (October 2016)
"I was looking over your list of wines for what our winery makes that are vegan friendly or not. Unfortunately it changes with each new vintage! Here is an updated list:

Use egg white fining:
2015 Expedition Merlot
2015 Expedition Cabernet Sauvignon

Use isinglass fining:
2014 Reserve Chardonnay

Everything else is safe for vegans! All of our reserve [reds] and exclusive wines are safe, usually not fined but when they are it’s with bentonite. It’s always to send an email to info@canoeridgevineyard.com to find out about a past vintage."

On follow up:

"The current vintages of each series is as follows:

Expedition Series:
2015 for Cab, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Red Blend, Sauv Blanc. The Chardonnay is the only 2014.

Reserves:
2013 Cab, Merlot, Cherry Street Red Blend (Reserve reds are safe)
2014 Reserve Chardonnay"

Company email (August 2015)

"Yes, isinglass is used in some of wines for clarification or refining
tannins... I've confirmed with our winemaker that the Expedition Reds do not use
isinglass in their production. Please let me know if you have any additional
questions!"
