"Black Sheep bottled beers are indeed suitable for vegans. Unfortunately due to the use of isinglass finings to clarify our cask beers, they are unsuitable."

"Thanks for your inquiry about the suitability of our beers for vegans. Our draught cask ales all use isinglass finings derived from fish swim bladders for clarification and therefore would not be suitable. However our range of bottled beers are filtered and hence due not use isinglass, therefore are animal ingredient free."

"After receiving an email from the company I am happy to say their bottled beer is vegan and it's quite tastey too! Beware, their cask beers are fined with isinglass."
