Company email (March 2016):
"The Infinite Amber is indeed vegan. In fact, any beer marked with the Star-K symbol is both kosher and vegan. Beers that use dairy (the only animal product we have used to date) are marked with Star-D (for kosher dairy). We have those symbols on our website in the beers' descriptions.

"We don't use any animal products in filtration. If we use anything, it's diatomaceous earth (http://www.vrg.org/ingredients/index.php#diatomaceous_earth) which is
vegan.

"We only have one facility, in Laurel Maryland, that produces our beers.

"It's worth pointing out as well that, due to our status as a kosher-certified brewery, any beers brewed with dairy (again, the only animal product we've used) are brewed at the end of our weekly brew cycle. We then go through an entire intensive kosher-approved cleaning process before brewing a beer that does not contain dairy. This process 'resets' our brew system to the kosher standard and also is a much more intensive cleaning that rids our entire system of any traces of dairy before the next batch is brewed."

Company email (July 2014):
"The beers that we currently have on tap that qualify as having no animal
ingredients (and are certified to be kosher by Star-K) are:

Big Punisher (Double IPA)
Welcome to Scoville (Jalapeño IPA)
Feed the Monkey (Orange Hefeweizen)
Into the Dark (Stout)
Made Wit Basil (Basil Witbier)
Berry'd (Blackberry Wheat Ale)
Van Dammit (Belgian Dark Strong Ale)

We do have some beers that use either honey (Forbidden, which is a Honey
Apple Ale) or milk sugar/lactose (Dusk Till Dawn and Desserted). When
we make those beers we do them last in our production schedule for the
week. After we make a beer with an animal product, we go through a
kosher-certified clean-in-place process to clean and sterilize our tanks
prior to brewing something else.

We don't use isinglass or gelatin. For filtration/fining, we use
derivatives of different seaweeds (like Irish moss)...so nothing
animal-made. From time to time we've used diatomaceous earth, which is
a naturally occurring rock primarily made up of fossilized remains of
diatoms (algae) or perlite, which is a non-crystallized volcanic glass
(similar to pumice).

We make all of our beer in-house here in Laurel, MD."
