"To my knowledge, our beer don’t use any animal product or by-product at all... but I did not think about the dorée. Yes we still use honey. All the other beers are OK."

"We only use all natural ingredients. Four basics: purified water (95 %), hops, malts and yeast. For our Dorée, we add honey and for our Blanche we use wheat, oats and spices… that's it! No animal by products!"
