"The only place an animal product is used in in our cask ales where the fining agent is gelatin. All other beers are as described on the label. In fact, we are only of several breweries in the SW US that craft beer that would be call beer in Germany.
Other breweries may not be as forth-coming, but we have nothing to hide and encourage questions."
