Company email:
"Our wines do not contain any animal products. However, casein (a milk protein) was used in the fining process before fermentation began on our recent vintages of Sauvignon Blanc and our late harvest Riesling. It is important to keep in mind that due to sterile filtration these agents were no longer present when the wine was bottled.

Our current releases of Chardonnay (2007), our Pink (2008) and any of our previous or current vintages of red wines were produced without the
use of animals products during any stage of their production.

I hope that this information is helpful to you for your directory. Each vintage may need to be produced differently, so this information is only
applicable to these vintages. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any other questions or if I can be of any assistance to you."
