"Here at Sticks we sometimes use animal ingredients in our wines, it just depends on the type of vintage we have had and what we need to fine out of the wines. We are moving more and more to a more natural winemaking whereby we use more gentle or alternative handling so as to minimize or eliminate the requirment for fining, but at present we are vegan unfriendly. Stay in touch though, as we are moving to less intervention with time. Currently we make and bottle all wine on site."
