Company email (April 2014):
"the vast majority of beer made by Great Crescent Brewery does not contain any animal products and we don't use any fining's (isinglass, gelatin) for clarification of the beer. We don't filter at this time but if we decide to start filtering we will go with a system and process that will be vegan-friendly.

The one exception is our Belgian-style Dubel that uses local honey instead of Belgian candy sugar and this beer is only made occasionally as a Seasonal Release. The label states the beer is made with honey, so there shouldn't be any confusion.

All of the beer with the Great Crescent Brewery name are made in our Aurora, IN brewery."
