"The answer is no, we don’t use any animal products in our production. The only ingredients are Barley, Water and Yeast (yeast is a fungus) the entire process is natural (Scotch whisky by law can’t use and artificial enzymes).
We do add Caramel colouring when we bottle to ensure the colour is consistent, also every bottle of Monkey Shoulder is fermented, distilled, matured and bottled in Dufftown (highlands of Scotland)."
