Our beers do not have any animal ingredients. We brew the old German way with just the pure malt, water, yeast and hops. The only exception is our Major Tom’s Pomegranate Wheat which has pomegranate juice concentrate added.
We sterile filter our beer-not pasturized-and have a good shelf life of approx. 100 days. It is better to keep chilled, but not necessary.
