"Yo misma soy vegana y no permitiría que ningún animal salga ni siquiera dañado en la producción de mi cerveza.
"Seleccionamos los ingredientes: Agua, Maltas, Levaduras y Lúpulos. Para filtrar usamos frío pues son lotes muy pequeños. Cuando haga lotes más grandes y si tengo que usar por algún motivo algún clarificante usaré sin dudar agar agar u otra alga. Nunca NUNCA usaré productos de origen animal.
